This was bad. Bad. Bad. Bad. It had started out as a retrieval mission. But the enemy was expecting them and planned an ambush. They had fought off all of the bad guys but at grate costs. The ANBU squad’s medic ninja was Sakura Haruno (sp?). Sakura was trained by Tusanade (sp?)  And now had supper strength and was a grate medical ninjutsu (sp?)

Prison gates won’t open up for me
On these hands and knees I’m crawlin’

“Sakura why?” Ino, Sakura’s best friend, asked.

“Why what?” Sakura asked in a confused tone.

“You know,” Ino said, “Heal all of us first.”

It’s true. The ANBU team had defeated all of the enemies and retreated the item of their mission and had now rested for the night. Sakura healed everyone and now had very little chakra left that was fading fast. Now it was a cold, crisp night and the cold air felt cold against Sakura’s skin. Her and Ino sat against a big bolder watching the moon and stars.

“I’m sorry Ino.” Sakura said. Sakura could feel the life fading from her.

Show me what it’s like

Sakura felt so tiered that she closed her eyes.

“Sakura?........Sakura!” Ino screamed.

Sakura slowly opined her eyes “Ino” Sakura began “ You and I both know that I don’t have much time left on this Earth.”

“No Sakura! Don’t talk like that.” Ino screamed “Come on, lets get you back to Konoha!”

“Ino…...Please……” Sakura’s world stated to go dark. Then there was a loud rustle. Sakura used what little strength she had to look up. The figure was tall and muscular and had spiky hair like a chicken butt. Sakura eyes closed for what she thought was the last time. The she heard Ino say “Sasuke-kun?”

Heavens gates won’t open up for me

Sakura had no clue what was going on. One minuet she’s lying up against a boulder dieing. The next minuet Sasuke shows up. Then she blacks out. Now someone was carrying her wail running into the forest. She slowly opened her eyes. Sakura looked up and stared into the face of none other than Uchiha(sp?) Sasuke.

“Sasuke?” Sakura asked every so faintly, it was barely a whisper and Sakura didn’t expect Sasuke to hear it. But he did. Sasuke stopped abruptly on a thick tree branch. He looked down at Sakura. Sakura could tell he’d been crying because his checks were stained with tears, his eyes were red and he still had a few tears running down his face.

“Sakura?” Sasuke asked as if it were a dream. “Sakura!” Sasuke said a little bit louder.

“Yes Sasuke?” Sakura asked.

“Are you ok?” Sasuke asked as he placed her down on the tree branch with her back up against the tree trunk.

“C’mon Sasuke” Sakura said “You know I’m dieing.” Her voice was fading more and more by the second.

“No Sakura.” Sasuke said firmly. He gently reached his hands out and carefully placed them on her shoulders with a light but secure grip.

“Thank…..You……Sasuke……-kun” Sakura’s words got softer and softer and her eyes started to close

“Sakura?....”

“Sakura!”

“SAKURA!!”

Sakura’s head was killing her. It was throbbing uncontrollably. Sakura groaned softly as she realized something……she was alive. Not only was she alive, but her chakra had been restored and all of her injuries were healed.  Sakura slowly opened her eyes. She was in a clean room with al little lamp next to her on a small table. ‘Where am I?’ she thought. Just then someone said

“You’re awake” Sakura jumped a little bit until she recognized the voice as Sasuke’s.

“Yes.....but, how?” Sakura questioned.

“I can answer that.” Another dark voice said. Sakura was startled by this new voice that  she tumbled out of the bed a little bit. But as Sakura waited for the impact from the floor, but it never came.

Sakura opened her eyes and found that she was in Sasuke’s arms. A faint blush came across Sakura’s face. Kabuto chuckled. “I’ll leave you alone now.” He chuckled as he walked out the door.

Sakura looked up at Sasuke and realized that he also has a blush on his checks. “Sasuke-kun, thanks”  Sakura said as she tried to get out of his grasp. But Sasuke wasn’t letting go. Sakura turned around and looked at him.

Then Sasuke crashed his lips on Sakura’s with his arms around her waist. Sakura gave into the kiss and wrapped her arms around his neck. She could feel him smirk and she smiled.
